Tasks & Duties
- Assess the efficiency of the organization, management and control systems and tools.
- Verify in the Bank and in its affiliated offices that processes and practices are compliant and sound and that the information is accurate.
- Check if means and resources are optimized and take part actively in putting in place new procedures, methods and tools.
- Examine if the strategy is respected and applied in accordance to rules and instructions, and make a sound judgment about the methods and the strategic choices.
- Make a judgment on the staff and the method of management and recommend alternative schemes and solutions based on rules and standards of best practices.
- Participate in audit assignments and investigations including assessing entities in the bank and its affiliated offices.
- Elaborate audit findings and make recommendations to improve and enhance measures and mitigate the risk.
- Verify and analyze the reporting made to external parties.
- Follow up the implementation of audit recommendations and take part in the escalation and follow up of the non-implemented recommendations.
- Carry out any other duty assigned by the Internal Audit manager.
