1) Engineering Procurement.
a) Liaise and negotiate with Customers & Suppliers for optimal quality and cost.
b) Use required information systems to coordinate and control order cycle.
c) Identify shipping alternatives for effective transportation inwards and outwards for items to achieve optimal cost effectiveness.
d) Continually monitor and improve business performance within constraints of business processes and external stimuli.
2) Warehouse Management.
a) Manage store in compliance with the company policies and vision.
b) Oversee receiving warehousing, distribution and maintenance of all stock.
c) Set up Layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
d) Maintain Standards of Health, Safety, Hygiene and security.
e) Manage Stock Control and reconcile with the inventory management process.
f) Liaise with Employees, Managers and Procurement In charge for efficient coordination of all stock.
3) Stock Compliance, Reporting & Control.
a) Ensure Inventory flow, both inward and outward is documented as per process.
b) Coordinate with Operations and manage shipping and transport of stock.
c) Ensure Employee commitments and liabilities are well documented.
d) Manage up to date inventory reporting in alignment with finance.
4) Facilities Management and Office support.
a) Liaise with the Logistics team in facilities management including upkeep, maintenance and repair of office premises and equipment.
b) Manage Office supplies and stationery
c) Support logistics in general administrative activities.
