Duties & Responsibilities:
To assist our guests in a friendly and professional manner and according to the established performance and productivity standards in any of the Rooms Departments (Front Desk, Concierge, Grand Club, Business Center, Reservations, Guest Relations, Communication Center), ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operation and administration. To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which do not distinctly differ in nature from the original assigned work, including reassignment to alternative departments & areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
