1. - POSITION OBJECTIVE.
Recruit and select the best candidates, knowing the labor market, regulations and laws and the different types contracts. Guarantee the availability of human resources at the time, quantity, and quality required by the company. Implement and execute the Human Resources training, development, evaluation, and retraining policies. Carry out and manage an integrative training plan. Assure that the critical positions in the company are covered; and also the training of the occupants, as well as their retention (designing a career plan for each position). Adequately manage communications within the subsidiary and with the headquarters.

Correctly manage personnel. Knowledge of the organizational situation. Provide support to the Direction in making decisions through HR analysis and reports i.e. turnover, performance, absentees etc. Apply and enforce the HR policies.
2. - DUTIES:
2.1.- Implementation of human resources policies.
• Collaborate with the HR Direction HR plans and policies, writing studies and reports, making cultural adaptation plans, anticipating problems.
• Carry out the HR policies by implementing processes and plans. In order to do so, he/she will rely on the agents involved, normally the directive team and the middle positions.
• Write reports on necessities; demand labor policies or plans, in order to solve the priorities of the country.
• Keep track of the fulfilling of plans, inform the HR Direction about diversions, suggests improvements.
2.2.- Reports on human resources.
• Quarterly, he/she will render a tracking report to the subsidiary with information about rotation, absenteeism, population, environment, investment in training.
• Extraordinary reports.
• Propose improvements.
3.3.- Personnel recruitment.
• Collaborate with the Operations Direction in determining personnel shortage, as well as in the design of the incorporation calendar.
• Collaborate with the HR Direction in designing the job’s profile.
• Publish job offers in the adequate channel, choose the technique for personnel recruitment, interview candidates and do the suitable tests, nominate candidates for the job and attach the corresponding report.
3.4.- Arrangement and control of the payroll and novelties.
• Receive novelties and contrast then with GN.
• Calculate the payroll every month or bimonthly, as appropriate.
• Elaborate the chart and the pay receipts.
• Calculate the improvement in the exchange rate.
• Do the deposit and hand in the receipts timely and correctly (the last working day every two weeks).
3.5.- Feed and maintain the information in globalnet
• Keep track of the information loaded by the Work Centers.
• Train in the modules for the correct loading.
• Generate information load as required.
3.6.- Personnel integration.
• Carry out all the procedures of incorporation in the Company, starting with the selection. Offering a proposal letter, if applicable. Medical examination, working contract, preparation of the position (uniforms, etc), processing permits and credentials etc.
• Open and maintain the files.
• Communicate the incorporation.
• Official presentation in the Company, personal presentation.
• Hand in the handbook and other documents explaining the corporate values and culture.
• Assign a trainer and arrange training programs.
• Keep track of the training.
• Follow the integration process and report the RH-Central about the progress of incorporations.
• Coordinate all the agents involved in the personnel integration (Operations, Administration, On-site manager, etc.).
3.7.- Initial training of customer services representatives.
• Give and instruct the following topics of the Customer Service Representative Manual:
• Chapter I. Handbook objectives.
• Chapter II. Company’s introduction.
• Chapter. Corporate philosophy, culture, and vision.
• Chapter. Code of conduct and internal rules.
• Chapter. Quality.
• Chapter. HR.
• Chapter. Communications.
3.8.- Personnel management.
• Keep the personnel documentation, holydays, payroll, registers, resignations, contract renewals, days off, code of conduct, file update, etc.
• Constant improvement of procedures.
• Reports to HR about serious incidents, as well as the most common slight incidents, proposal of contingency and improvement plans.
3.9.- Communication plans.
• Implement communications plans, write circulars and letters and distribute them.
• Identify communication fails and problems, and present them, together with a solution, to the HR Direction.
• Maintain an open attitude and constant communication.
3.10.- Work team professional development and progression. IN THE FUTURE
• Identify the professional potential.
• Evaluate performance.
• Coordinate the evaluation system of the personnel performance.
• Conduct and help to conduct interviews of professional development.
• Keep track of professional development plans.
• Collaborate with the design of training plans, career plans and professional recycling.
3.11.- Work environment.
• Constant checking of the work environment through the communication with the on-site Managers.
• Propose improvement plans.
• Implement work environment improvement plans.
• Encourage behaviors and people favoring a positive environment and penalize those making it difficult.
3.12.- Service quality and customer service.
• Generate improvements and control in the service provided.
• Train the personnel to give an appropriate service.
• Know the internal procedures and rules.
