1) Quality, Safety, Health & Environment.
a) Overall responsibility of ensuring Quality, Health & Safety standards are complied with for all Installation and commissioning projects undertaken by the company.
b) Self-Certification in HS standards and HS Internal Auditor certifications. Staying up to date with all legislations and ensuring certifications, operating procedures and processes are aligned to relevant legal obligations and best in industry practices.
c) Create Standard operating procedures for all implementation, commissioning processes.
d) Create awareness for safe, qualitative operating procedures through training programs.
e) Prepare Audit formats for all Installation projects to ensure H&S quality are met.
f) Visit project sites to inspect and evaluate usage and adequacy of standard operating procedures. Audit, provide feedback and report on quality standards being maintained to ensure the installation projects are in compliance with IBC Quality standards and with Industry H&S standards.
g) Investigate accidents and complaints to determine breach of operating procedures if any and ensure no repeats of issues identified.
h) Liaise with Site Managers, Technical Manager, Head of Installation and the Logistics team to ensure QSHE compliance for all safety equipment, tools and machinery. Provide technical advice and guidance.
i) Regular reporting on QSHE related aspects, audit findings, trainings and evaluations, lessons learnt, OSHE related project documentation etc.
j) Regular reviews of OSHE programs to ensure improvement.
2) Commissioning.
a) Be available for and attend short to medium term commissioning projects based on the requirements of IBC.
b) Activities under commissioning projects include Commissioning, and after sales services like maintenance and overhauling, trouble shooting, spare parts assessment etc.
c) Utilize commissioning projects to mentor and train other Technical staff.
3) Training Support
a) Assist HR with Technical aspect of Onboarding training for new employees.
b) Assist HR with Technical evaluation of candidates/job seekers.
c) Maintain, update and ensure optimal utilization of the IBC library on the shared folder.
d) Co-ordinate with the operations and technical teams with creating Standard operating manuals for all aspects of installation and commissioning processes.
e) Facilitate classroom and on the job trainings as required.
f) Assist Operations and HR with training and trainer coordination.
