Scope:
Enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values. Fully responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions include performance managements plans and execution strategies.”
Education & Qualifications:
- BSc. In Business Administration or equivalent.
- Higher Education especially in Human Resources Management is a plus.
Experience required:
A minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources with a proven record of training experience.
Languages:
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic
