Working in coordination with the humanitarian community and the Government of Jordan, the IRC's assistance programs for Syrian refugees in Jordan include camp-based and urban-based refugee assistance. IRC is currently addressing the needs of war-affected Syrians from several operational bases in the region. The IRC activities in the region focus primarily on the supply of vital medications and medical supplies, non-food items (NFI) water and sanitation, Child protection and form part of an over-arching humanitarian response in Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, Iraq to assist refugees, IDPs and conflict-affected Syrians survive conflict and displacement.
Job Overview/Summary: The IRC is expanding its services at the fixed clinics at Mafraq and Ramtha to provide the essential laboratory tests to the patients according to their needs. The Laboratory administration assistant will be responsible for overall coordination with the contacted laboratories in Mafraq and Ramtha to ensure that all the procedures are followed according to the agreed standard procedures and signed agreements between the IRC and the laboratories.
