1.1.Job Purpose
Responsible for the 3G & 4G Mobile Broadband segment in terms of acquisition, retention, and value extraction.
1.2.Responsibilities:
Acquire, retain, reduce churn, and increase ARPU of the 3G & 4G base
Understand the 3G and 4G segments, their needs, life style and aspirations
Understand and utilize the sales and communications channels
Prepare proposals for launching: new or improving existing products, promotions and campaigns.
Get management approval on the marketing activities
Manage the Go To Market plan
Prepare a go to market plan for each activity
Follow up with all the concerned parties, including but not limited to: pricing, finance, product development, sales channel, customer care, logistics, communication, etc...)
Ensure the plan is insights led and is updated appropriately whenever new insights are available
Ensure there will be an excellent customer experience for these activities
Monitor the product behavior in market and act accordingly
Prepare post launch analysis and provide feedback to the management
Provide training internally and externally for the products and promotions
Monitor market, segment behavior, and channel peculiarities
Monitor the competitors’ and Umniah’s activities with regard to Broadband (3G, 4G, Fixed LTE, DSL, Fiber, etc) and GSM services
Monitor the international market with regards to the Broadband and telecommunication developments
Monitor the sales channel
Conduct comprehensive analysis to come up with new ideas to enhance or launch new activities
Utilize market research analysis
Deliver reporting and analysis
Update periodic reports and run ad-hoc analysis when needed
Submit reports, analysis, and official needed documentation (roadmaps, dashboards, etc…) on determined timeframe
