Leading the endeavor for creating and implementing sound WASH solutions that will address the water-supply infrastructure and Sanitation infrastructure through;
• Evaluating all available data and needs assessment to create an updated situation report.
• Determining the best suitable engineering solutions for each site
• Creating final designs for each solution including BOQ’s, full specifications, method statements, tender documents and all other documents required for the implementation of the project
• Provide the technical input for all related procurement processes such as technical evaluation, contractors’ selection, negotiations and contract preparation.
• Monitor the progress and quality of implemented works to ensure timely execution and proper standards of implementation
• Monitor the safety of construction works
• Create trusted verification channels to ensure continues monitoring and evaluation
• Manage all technical related communication with all vendors and contractors
• Provide daily and weekly updates to project management and donor focal points
