King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center (KASOTC) is seeking to recruit a highly motivated candidate for AP Accountant vacancy.
Job Summery:
Responsible for providing financial and accounts payable and related accounting support in order to protect, follow up, update and maintain the suppliers’ balances.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible of payment run preparation (cheques and transfers).
- Maintain AP open items list, bank documents transfer preparation and cheques.
- Prepare month-end account reconciliations (primarily cash, accrual and prepaid accounts).
- Settle the suppliers due amounts and discrepancies analysis.
- Follow-up on due dates and scheduling payments accordingly... etc.
