-Managing the activities related to the development and modernization of services and electronic channels of the Bank and including banking services, mobile phone and Internet services, SMS and ATM services and others, in addition to credit cards businesses and other electronic channels.
-Upgrading services and existing electronic channels in a deliberate strategy to increase profitability and reduce costs.
-Implementing all standards of quality in all services and electronic channels, and recommend new plans by understanding the needs of customers.
-Supervising the conduct of studies and research to develop electronic services to keep pace with developments in this area. In addition to the development and promotion of business cards and the adoption of the latest developments in this area.
-Monitoring the performance of services and electronic channels to identify weaknesses and areas for development and ensuring the implementation of appropriate adjustments. Analyzing strengths and weaknesses of the services and electronic channels to enhance performance in collaboration with sectors concerned.
-Introducing new technologies and services, and the preparation of feasibility studies taking into account the readiness of the automation system in the bank and that it is in line with the Bank’s strategy.
-Manage new and innovative projects in the field of electronic channels, according to needs of the local market.
-Following-up on studying the feasibility of establishing new centers for ATM and supervising the conduct of studies concerning the location of the ATM.
-Management of Marketing electronic Channels through the Branches and in coordination with the Marketing Department and the Branch Management Department.
-Reviewing the performance of all Electronic Channels and services in order to identify weaknesses and areas of development points and ensure the proper implementation and the introduction of any new technology that is able to do so.
-Develop new strategies to Credit Cards to ensure the development of all that is new in the field of credit cards and to ensure marketing and selling the Bank’s credit cards in the Branches.
Developing and monitoring Money Gram services.
-Coordinating and monitoring all activities related to the installation of new ATMs in different regions of the Kingdom, monitoring their performance and evaluating their efficiency and resolving problems to meet customer needs.
-Follow up on conducting Feasibility studies For the establishment of new ATM centres and supervise on conducting the studies on the establishment of locating the ATMs and recommend what is suitable, according to the results of studies.
-Proposing the necessary amendments and reporting on the repeated complaints of the clients on electronic services provided by the Bank and the performance of the ATM and following-up with the Department of Information Systems to implement them.
-Studying and analyzing reports submitted by the Department of procedures and quality of service on the repeated complaints of the clients regarding the electronic services and the of the ATM.
-Reviewing and documenting policies and procedures related to e-banking, ATM services, and channels.
Preparing annual plans, identifying targets, and following up achievements.
-Agreeing with trademarks owners on the basis of annual support and joint marketing budget for the service.
