1. Able to manage booking/reporting for project accounting and construction project.
2. Must have good experience in Quick books accounting system.
3. Able to lead month/Year end financial closing process and tasks.
4. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
5. Prepare all Balance sheet accounting reconciliation on monthly basis.
6. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
7. Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, and private funding, contracts, and grants.
8. Assist in Preparing and reviewing budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
9. Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
10. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
11. Resolve accounting discrepancies.
12. Recommend, develop and maintain financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
13. Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
14. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
15. Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff other duties as assigned.
16. Other duties as assigned.
17. Analyzing office expenses and projects cost.
18. Overseeing payroll process.
