Main Duties:
- Provide a technical Project Management resource for the delivery team while managing the deployment of microwave links.
- Maintain complete control and responsibility for the entire installation and implementation process.
- Provide coordination of internal and external resources to ensure a successful installation, implementation and resolution of any post cutover deficiencies, including, but not limited to, the coordination of the Project Team and outside vendors.
- Meet or exceed deployment productivity and quality metrics.
- Deliver outstanding client service to achieve high implementation survey scores.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the work done by the technicians and subcontractors who are required to install, maintain operations in geographical areas.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the work of subordinates and subcontractors in the installation, commissioning, configuration, integration, activation and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for repairing and maintaining of associated equipment’s of the telecommunications system.
- Responsible for quality assurance implementation and quality control performing.
- Responsible for travelling to sites located across different cities in the country to install and maintain communication related equipment’s and attend user association or staff meetings at these locations.
- Responsible for emergency call outs and to perform emergency evaluation and repair of the communication systems throughout the respective state and in collaboration with other state agencies.
