- Assist Outreach Coordinator in providing leadership and oversight to outreach component planning.
- Provide supervision and guidance for the daily activities of the volunteer force.
- Provide ongoing support to the Project Coordinator and field team, to ensure ongoing exchange of information between management and team.
- Ensure effective implementation of the project Work Plan in field and office as well.
- Ensure that UNHCR and IRD’s COC are implemented and maintained by team.
- Maintain a monitoring and evaluation system for field team to ensure the quality of the conducted visits in field and the collected data.
- Managing, monitoring and reporting any related information dissemination performed by field teams.
- Produce regular monthly reports on team work in all areas and as assigned.
- Coordinate, with outreach supervisors, information and activities in the field.
- Attend monthly and weekly meetings to discuss the project progress and report any identified issues or significant problems vulnerable families face based on volunteers reports.
- Member of IRD cash assessment committee responsible for general review, decision making and reassurance in the quality assessment of performances.
- Refer to the project management if any problem or emergency occurs/ occurred.
- Any other duties that may arise during the project.
