Key Responsibilities:
Managing a small team
Owning blog + generating traffic for it
Guiding social media team to increase engagement/traffic from social
Owning external content calendar and ensuring everything gets delivered on time
Owning PR calendar and generating 15M impressions a month in circulation by liaising closely with PR agency and generating features and press releases
Coming up with guerilla marketing ideas to increase registrations
Creating content for employers like e-books, webinars, etc.
Proofing every single content piece that comes out of Bayt.com for 100% grammatical accuracy in Arabic and English
owning research calendar with research agency to create 2 research papers each month
