1. Manage events based on the marketing calendar and according to the market conditions.
2. Helping in developing and executing marketing campaigns agreed on with the marketing manager.
3. Preparing and allocating Marketing tools and materials to execute the agreed on marketing campaigns.
4. Helping in Designing Marketing materials such as (Flyers, Brochures, Presentations, etc…).
5. Contacting Marketing vendors and coordinating with them.
6. Prepares and executes the Marketing Calendar based on the periodic marketing plan coordinating with marketing manager and other members in marketing & sales Depts. and assure that the plan is being implemented in the right way.
7. Field visits for the clients to assure the availability of the products and they are well merchandised.
8. Be able to provide a weekly report based on the achieved job for the direct manager.
9. Propose ideas about marketing activities and campaigns in order to enhance our image and increase traffic.
10. Apply internal marketing with almost all divisions inside the factory plus external marketing.
11. Follow up with customers with their complaints, suggestions and report to the marketing manager through contacting sales Dpt. & find solutions.
12. Ready to be responsible for any task will be assigned by your direct manager.
