Hikma Pharmaceuticals has a new opening in the MENA Consumer Healthcare Unit (CHC) as a MENA CHC Brand Manager. Below is a summary of the position:
Job title: MENA CHC Brand Manager
Reporting to: MENA CHC Marketing Director
Department: MENA Consumer Healthcare Unit (CHC)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Manage existing CHC portfolio of brands and liaise with all applicable departments and external partners.
• Build a solid CHC brand for Hikma including a brand growth plan for portfolio.
• Work closely with the commercial team in the various markets, providing technical / scientific expertise and assisting them with their marketing needs at the country level including promotional material, product knowledge, and relevant clinical documents were applicable.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand CHC portfolio of brands / products and work with the business development team on ongoing projects.
• Prepare analysis and feasibilities for new projects and opportunities including thorough market research, competitive analysis, and forecasting.
• Work closely with advertising and design departments / agencies to fulfill brand / product marketing needs and creative initiatives.
• Work on the development and maintenance of CHC specific online / digital platforms.
• Prepare annual marketing plans, forecasts, budgets and monitor MENA sales performance.
• Maintain unit related reports, documents and files.
• Research market trends, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and market intelligence data with emphasis on (pricing and trade terms).
• Conduct training and development for sales and marketing teams across various geographies.
• Work closely with the regulatory team on all matters related to product registration.
• Work closely with the supply chain team on all related matters including code creations, price validations and order management.
• Liaise with the R&D and operations teams and follow-up on projects were applicable.
• Create and develop KOLs and consultants on MENA level.
