Administrative & Technical Duties:
• Creates a feasible work flow for online ordering, preparing orders, delivering them and cash flow cycle.
• Implements work plan in coordination with the department need and the road mapping.
• Creates an annual business plan as well as implementing new initiatives.
• Liaises with other departments as well as the third party provider to conduct campaigns for enhancing customer experience as well as promoting seasonal and promotional offers.
• Optimizes the backend system constantly and other parallel software operated by the In-House users.
• Monitors the customer service department and conducts a full intensive training and back-end system training.
• Establishes solid operating manuals scripts etiquette protocols and customer handling procedure for training and for reference purposes.
• Supervises the web content, products photography sessions, launches of new products listing and other daily technical and operational issues.
• Analyzes daily sales and performance reports as well as prepare periodic analysis and sends an executive summary to the upper management.
• Manages customer complaints on daily basis and conducts periodic surveys to collect customers’ feedback, translate it into actions.
