Job Responsibility :
• Generate leads through a variety of channels: physical newspapers, online newspapers, business magazines, competitor websites, social media and other sources as appropriate.
• Research sectors and companies with the goal of identifying companies with recruitment needs.
• Call HR decision-makers at companies to generate leads and secure meetings for relationship manager.
• Check same area/zone “directories” to ensure capture of 100% of companies in CRM as prospects,
• Update CRM for all historic interaction with companies.
• Update the accounts in CRM with the valid information.
• Conduct research by calling all new companies to create records with all mandatory fields of all companies in CRM.
• Handle any project assigned by the management.
