• Follows all relevant Sales Operation procedures in terms of receiving, revenging and following up on orders so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Supply chain to ensure continuity of work.
• Setting the order on the SAP system and generating shipping plans.
• Communicate with country managers and customers on orders shipping budget, shipping plans, payments and arranging for sales operation meetings.
• Resolves problems escalated from customers with an appreciation of the cost-effectiveness of solutions.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers to ensure continuity of work.
• Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
