-The Supply Supervisor - Operational Procurement is responsible for the reception, validation and sourcing of Internal Requests and Field Orders up to the validation of Purchase Orders with respect to the principles of the Red/Yellow/Green Product Stream.
- If medical orders that cannot be sourced to stock
contain items not linked to pre-qualified suppliers, s/he follows up with the Tactical Medical Purchaser in order to identify appropriate sources.
- Sources orders for non-medical items to stock or to pre-qualified suppliers. If no supplier is per-qualified for an item, liaises with the non-medical purchaser and/or technical logistics in order to define potential suppliers and obtain quotations from or achieve framework agreements
with them.
- For items whose Red status according to the Red/Yellow/Green Product Stream concept cannot be changed to Yellow or Green, communicates to the requester about the pending cancellation of the order.
- Creates in the ERP system UniField all relevant documents.
- Responsible for the periodic replenishment orders for office and cleaning supplies.
- Ensures the continuous processing of orders and that the order status in the ERP system UniField is up to date and reflecting the actual order progress.
- Responsible for the accuracy of supply data entered in UniField.
- Integrates and manages the medical supplier catalogues produced by Mission Supply Logistician and Tactical Medical Purchaser in UniField.
- Produces, with the information received from the non-medical purchaser and/or technical logistics, supplier catalogues for non-medical suppliers, and integrates and maintains them in UniField.
- Responsible for product management: creation and maintenance of products and periodically updated product lists.
- Produces on monthly basis MSR and SMS for Amman non-transit stocks.
- Reports on request by the technical or hierarchical supervisor on supply performance indicators that can be obtained from UniField.
** Salary is 1103 Jordanian Dinars.
** The sccussful candidate will sign a six months contract, will be converted into Unlimited contract based on the evaluation.
