1. Ensure proper implementation of administration and HR policies between employees.
2. Vacations and attendance following up.
3. Pay roll preparation and following up.
4. Direct and in-direct assistant for the General Manager (including travel arrangements, keeping calendar, incoming and outgoing mail, day to day office issues…).
5. Travel arrangements and visas for all staff.
6. Correspondences and offers.
7. Petty cash and invoices.
8. Bank representative (including preparing banks statements, cheques and all necessary payments).
9. Arrange meetings and events.
10. Handling all incoming and outgoing formal letters.
11. Maintain a flow of information between staff
12. Follow up with the auditors for all financial issues.
13. Day to day office coordination issues.
