A leading manufacturing company looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Officer, below is the position details:
Objective:
The main objective of the Senior Recruitment Officer is plan, implement, and manage recruitment & selection cycle, performing recruitment process for different level of positions including sourcing, shortlisting, testing, interviewing & selection.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining C.V database of applicants received through various resources such as walk-ins, received emails & faxes, personal recommendations, job fairs, newspaper ads and from recruitment agencies.
- Responsible for providing company with C.Vs/ applications upon request.
- Responsible for receiving and logging vacancies and staff needs from company departments.
