* Primary Accountabilities
• Train new colleagues on operational Policies and Procedures.
• Conduct a monthly audit for all stores and all departments.
• Submit a monthly audit report by store and by department.
• Prepare audit checklists for all procedures.
• Ensures proper filling of documents in the CPU.
• Ensures that the operation manual is updated in all stores with all new procedures.
• Ensure proper and smooth operation for all the stores.
• Maintain good image and brand identity of the company
• • Provide oversight to management on all quality aspects of production and testing for customer specific manufacturing runs.
• Leads resolution and the effective correction of problems.
• Establish measures to assist in the manufacturing process.
• Maintain communications with all shifts on problems and or potential issues affecting production.
• Review all production documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Use results to drive center lining activities while using data to create reports for customer.
• Manage customer specific programs including ingredient testing, packaging review, shelf life studies, variances requiring sensory testing, and collaborative testing.
• Manage customer complaints, conduct investigations, report to QA Manager and Customer Quality Manager in a timely fashion - well written and accurate RCA and CAPA deliverables are critical.
• Manage product non-conformance activities including variances, hold and release, stock recovery, etc.
• Identify continuous improvement activities and drive for measurable results to key attributes through the project work.
• Continually work towards Industry Leader status.
• Supervise the sensory panel and all related activities.
• Participates in third-party audits, HACCP audits, and performs audits of facility with production management.
• Participate in customer mandated events such as industry events, cuttings and partner supplier visits which may include hosting and planning supplier events.
