• Conduct internal audits of the fiscal and financial procedures at assigned countries/ departments to ensure that such policies and procedures comply with the Group's set standards. Audits include interviewing key personnel, analyzing financial practices, and reviewing relevant documentation.
• Identify key areas of risk within the company and propose appropriate controls to mitigate such risks.
• Discuss audit findings and recommendations with direct managers and agree on the appropriate corrective actions.
• Report significant findings directly and promptly to the Internal Audit Manager.
• Prepare a detailed report on each audit inline with the audit plan. The audit reports include a review of the findings, observations and an identification of the associated risks plus recommendations to correct any deficiencies.
• Review compliance; ensure the Group entities are adhering to set procedures, rules, codes or practices, business ethics, internal guidelines and principles.
• Review the progress of implementation of the plan, suggest amendments, and report significant findings and recommendations to the Internal Audit Manager.
• Review all regions’ periodic reports (i.e. monthly, quarterly and annually) to assure its compliance with the annual approved budget.
• Review data about Inventory, fixed assets, liabilities, receivables, revenue, and expenditures of all regions and prepare the relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Audit financial accounts, records and other data concerning bank reconciliations, trial balances, and revenue reconciliations.
• Monitor the stock level of inventory items and record findings in consolidated reports.
• Review the purchasing plans of all regions, compare it with the implemented purchasing process, and report significant findings and deviations.
• Review key customers’ account to assure compliance with the company requirements.
• Review sales and operational documentations concerning the debt limits, damaged items, regulatory compliance, and financial approvals.
• Monitor customers’ debt ceiling and report significant findings and deviations.
• Audit petty cash boxes and report significant findings and deviations.
• Support external auditors by coordinating information requirements.
