-Following up the implementation by all departments.
-Assuring the spread and understanding Policy and its adaptability to the company’s objectives; and reviewing the policy at the Annual Management Review Meeting.
-Verifying the implementation of work plans designated
-Studying any suggestions and collaborating with the people’s in-charge of other departments within the company to develop the performance of his/her own department.
-Investigating customers’ complaints and following up Customers’ Satisfaction questionnaires and informing the employees of the results.
-Scheduling the internal audit and coordinating the execution of internal audit processes.
-Preparing statistical reports.
-coordinating management meetings to discuss relevant matters
