• Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• The Software Development Officer will be working with a small three-person team in an open and growing environment.
• The Software Development Officer will be supporting all departments within the organization, as well as providing tier 1 help desk support, and other duties as requested.
• The Software Development Officer will need to have strong programming skills and participate in the upgrading of the development lifecycle.
• The Software Development Officer will be installing software, troubleshooting the software, and providing any support as needed.
• The Software Development Officer will need to have strong communication and customer service skills providing support for end users who aren't as technical.
• Duties will be assigned include of technical support and software development tasks accordingly directly from Systems Development Manager
• Provide a technical Weekly report with duties and tasks assigned.
• The Software Development Officer must be willing to learn and grow into the role.
