□Dealing with Import Letters of Credit concerning issuance, arrange to insure the L/C’s locally by the openers, amendment, acceptance,settlement, checking documents and following-up using bank’s system.
□Dealing with Export Letters of Credit concerning advising, confirmation, amendment, negotiation, acceptance, discounting, settlement and following up using bank’s system.
□Preparing reports. (Daily, Monthly, quarterly and annually).
□Swift correspondences related to the L/C’s (Import/ Export).
□Substitute Trade Finance Unit Officer (LGS/BCS).
□Answer the inquires received by departments, branches and clients, if any, related to LCs.
□Conducting the other tasks (LGs/BCs/Foreign Checks) in the unit as assigned by the responsible of the unit or according to required work.
