Babil Games, a successful mobile game publisher based in MENA region, is currently looking for an experienced community manager to manage player experiences, social media, in-game social forums, and the general community for their current and upcoming game releases.
The company is looking for someone with a unique ability to engage and connect with their audiences across the Arab world.
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for the community management activity of their games whatever the channel: in-game, Facebook, forums, Twitter, Games’ pages on the App stores
• Run engagement campaigns for the community: editorial, contest, polls or any other content in order to capture the interest for each gaming community and contribute to a better engagement and viralization.
• Create high-quality content (social, forum posts) that engages the community, builds loyalty, spreads positive sentiments and drives players to login every day.
• Network with community members and identify community leaders. Train and empower community leaders to participate on a more significant engagement level
• Provide customers support in order to help them in their needs
• Identifies and reports trends in usage and advises the Game Team on potential opportunities
• Monitor discussions, postings, and trends within the community of their games on internal & external channels including stores
• Monitor and measure the success of community engagement (i.e number of fans, engagement, reach, and any other pre-defined KPI) reporting to Managers and sharing with all the game team members
