One of our Client, a leading Law firm is seeking hire a lawyer for its office in Amman. This role represents a great opportunity within a dynamic, challenging and professional environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Consult and handle all corporate legal.
• Develop company policy and position on legal issues.
• Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks.
• Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents in both English and Arabic.
• Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.).
• Negotiate deals and attend company meetings.
