▪ Moderate and decide whether to remove / reinstate content as potentially offensive / inappropriate
▪ Regularly monitor Facebook page community contents
▪ Attending to feedback / messages, replying, forwarding to appropriate individuals for action and following up as required.
▪ Report and track ongoing moderation issues
▪ Collaborates effectively with creative team and web designers during the creative process
