Responsible for the quality of all services provided to customers and employees also responsible for the quality management system.
Duties:
• Develop and implement quality control systems including procedures, standards and specifications to ensure the delivery of high quality services to customers and employees.
• Provide timely quality reports to management as required.
• Prepare for, Conduct and follow up on quality internal audits on all departments to ensure compliance with quality management system.
• Provide guidance to all departments to ensure efficient implementation of the quality management system.
• Perform any other task as requested by the supervisor.
