Main responsibilities:
• Manage and conduct the Sales Induction Training for new sales hires
• Analyze training results to alert managers on specific training needs of new hires
• Create, develop and update training manuals, content and other relevant training material
• Develop and continuously improve the training curriculum
• Plan, develop, and provide training for existing sales force
• Travel to regional offices on as need basis to provide training
• Conduct “train the trainer” sessions for all sales managers
• Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded and assess ROI of all training programs
• Document and ensure training techniques are well defined, systemized, improved
• Keep abreast of developments in training by regular research, self-education, going to courses, etc.
