Job Summary:
Supporting in maintaining Zain’s brand image and corporate identity in all events held or attended by Zain, in addition to ensuring brand consistency throughout all activities and operations, including Zain’s shops and marketing campaigns.
Activities, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and ensuring Zain’s publications, TVCs, advertisements, logo, official website, corporate documents and promotional items…etc. are correctly branded in line with the corporate identity of the Group.
- Coordinating with Marketing and Corporate Communications and Social Responsibility teams to guarantee that all events held or sponsored by Zain are aligned with Zain’s brand image and corporate identity and ensuring consistency and appropriate use of Zain’s brand which may include location visits prior to or during events.
- Participating in analyzing and studying Zain’s brand image in the market, developing brand building campaigns that aims at strengthen and maintain the Zain brand and ensuring that it is the leader in the market.
- Providing assistance in ensuring that all designs, artworks, and marketing materials used in product launching campaigns and corporate events are suitable for the subject and expected audience of the event.
- Participating in designing material and artworks for branding projects, which include designing artworks for social media branding projects and making sure all branding material and artworks are consistent with Zain’s brand image.
- Coordinating and following up on external branding and production agencies to monitor progress of work and ensuring that all designs and artworks are aligned with Zain’s standards and brand requirements.
- Maintaining brand image in Zain’s offices, shops, and franchises by coordinating with concerned departments, and regularly conducting visits to inspect brand image.
- Monitoring architecture and interior design projects in design and implementation phases, in order to maintain Zain’s brand image standards and requirements.
- Suggesting ideas and initiatives to maintain and promote Zain’s brand, as well as creating and maintaining Zain’s internal identity within the company’s facilities, in addition to building and maintaining a brand corporate culture that is aligned with Zain’s brand image and standards.
- Conducting orientation to newly hired employees regarding branding and corporate identity awareness.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Executing activities according to the organizational security policies.
- Protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, and interference.
- Accessing and/ or modifying systems, applications, and information as allowed by the owner.
