The Logistics Assistant Supply is responsible for the smooth functioning of the supply chain in Ramtha Surgical Project under the supervision of the Logadmin and in line with MSF’s Supply Policy and SOPs.
· Responsible for the reception of all supply requests; ensures completeness of required information, supporting documents and necessary authorization; translates them into orders and ensures their timely fulfillment.
· Direct line-management of the Purchaser and responsible for the all procurement related processes.
· Direct line-management of two Store-Keepers and responsible for all warehouse related processes: physical and virtual reception, delivery of cargos, accurate and timely stock counts, stock
administration via stock cards, stock reports and ERP system.
· Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the supply administration including the filing system and the ERP data-base.
