• Maintains licensing deals while handling technical and regulatory issues as they arise (from the point the agreement is signed by the BD onwards; including pre-registration, launch and post launch)
• Maintaining strong relationship with licensing partners for the long-term benefits of the company
• Following up on HSP product launch process with all relevant teams
• Building and updating business intelligence databases
• Analyze market data
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor
• Follows all relevant Project Management instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the function to ensure continuity of work.
• Responsible for general administration and coordination of assigned project activities associated with a project, a program or a portfolio of projects under direct supervision from more senior positions.
• Assists the project manager during the project life cycle in executing day-to-day project activities to ensure that a project runs smoothly and in adherence to project management methodologies and templates
• Receives and responds to requests from senior staff in a courteous and helpful manner in order to ensure efficiency of service.
• Organizes work related to project activities in terms of documentation, archiving, analyzing, monitoring and control to meet assigned project commitments and deadlines.
• Assists in monitors day-to-day project activity by subcontractors to establish progress taking action as laid-down to ensure compliance with plan and contractual requirements.
• Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
