- Participate in the diagnosis of problems on the network when it can’t be resolved remotely.
- Assess the extent of the required repairs to send the right team for the repair process. Provide maintenance team with the information they need.
- Control the quality of maintenance and repair process and make sure that fixing the problem did not affect the quality of the network for its users .
- Coordination with the Network Operations Center to ensure that all required tests have been carried out to identify the problem holistically and make sure to return back all the services to its users .
- Collect all maintenance and repair information done to be modified in the network database .
- Reporting maintenance and repair operations to assess the quality of work and compliance with the required service level agreements .
- Make sure that all field repairs and maintenance works have been done according to the quality standards .
- Monitoring and coordination with various contractors .
- Responsible for the quality of the maintenance system of Maintenance and Operations Section .
- To make sure that field repairs and maintenance have been completed at minimum amount of time possible so as not to adversely affect access to services for users of the network .
- Inform the manager of network operations if maintenance has not been completed within the specified time as required in the service level agreements.
