Participates in the Design and Development of e-Government architecture and infrastructure systems. Analyzes and summarizes reports that are generated by monitoring tools. Provides performance and capacity planning for UNIX and Windows-based servers in addition to providing specific detailed information for hardware and software selection, implementation techniques and tools for the most efficient solutions to meet business needs. Perform technical planning, verification, cost/risk, and support ability and effectiveness analysis for total project requirements. Develop policies to implement backup and recovery strategies.
