Control the fleet movement inside and outside the camp.
Arrange the drivers schedule in a monthly bases,
Report immediately any technical failure of vehicle to the supplier and logistics officer without
Check randomly the log-book for everyday
Report any defect of vehicle to the Logistic Officer and the supplier without delays
Check and take care the tools, the tool-box and other materials of the vehicles
Check the fuel delivered and the fuel consumption
Makes sure drivers are trained and respect ACTED driving protocol.
To render assistance to Managers of Departments to organize trainings and study groups;
To perform efficient, transportations and movements.
To provide on-time transportation for the teams and the staff.
To control the drivers activities, also to produce control of the movements inside and outside the camp.
Observance and compliance with directions and procedures of ACTED regulations;
Following and collect the log-book and the fuel vouchers.
Ensuring of accurate quarterly inventory follow-up for the equipment in the vehicles (fire extinguisher, jack, spare tire first aid kit and etc...)
Ensuring of proper maintenance for the vehicles.
To provide accurate filling of all pretreated documentation

Monthly reports
Quarterly update of equipment follow-up for the vehicles.
Recharge the fuel cards
Improved internal fleet management;
Improved Fleet management;
Accurate FLATS filing
