- Collect current application insight and user behavior to help the Avertra product management team better understand application usability
- Develop and map customer journeys for various channels
- Document standardized Avertra product CX/UX artifacts
- Support testing and validation processes to ensure adherence to CX/UX standards
- Work closely with the designer in development of prototypes and wireframes
- Analyse and utilize customer insight to recommend improvements in customer experience
- Stay up to date with customer trends in the industry
- Build consumer personas, identify pain points and map customer experience journeys to envision experiences (customer and employee) across channels based on deep customer understanding.
- Lead the definition and development of prototypes and pilots aligned with journey redesign efforts.
