- Assist Frontline AIDs Project Coordinator in planning, monitoring and updating project expenditures
- Advise and refer inquirers during Frontline AIDs Project Coordinator’s absence
- Assist in editing the report on the activities after the event concludes.
- Undertake such other relevant duties as assigned by the Forearms related to the Frontline Project
- Coordinate with various stakeholders of Frontline AIDs Project
- Organize meetings and conferences for the project and related logistics
- Develop concept notes/ project reports/ training reports/ meeting minutes
- Assist in Evaluation of the Consultants Work who do consultancies within Frontline AIDS projects
- Maintain Records of the project and other related documents
- Assist the Project Coordinator in the overall implementation of the project through overseeing the activities of the consultants and other activities, follow up with REActors and respond for thier needs and requirements
- Assist the Project Coordinator in coordinating the implementation of the project with the other partner
- Assist the Project Coordinator in convening and reporting periodically on the status of the project to the Project Board;
- Assist the M&E consultant in monitoring the progress of the project;
- Assist the Project Coordinator in monitoring of the procurement of equipment needed for training, mapping and monitoring;
- Perform other duties of similar nature assigned by the Forearms Director
- Assist in the revision of the project log frame matrix, particularly in the areas of performance indicators and their measurement;
17 Assist in the development and/or finalization of the Frontline AIDS project Work Plan and keep it updated in accordance with project activities and timeframes as relevant.
