Responsibilities :
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s Policies & SOPs.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, issuing and weighing operations to serve internal and external customers.
- Ensure efficient space utilization and provide initiatives to efficiently utilize Warehouse Space in HJ Warehouses.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and GMPs.
- Maintain and improve people and building budget spend across WHs. Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees to improve productivity.
- Produce reports regularly and/or as requested.
- Any other tasks requested by management.
