- Review plans and specifications according to the plan
- Prepare plans, details, specified and heating, ventilating air conditioning, and general piping system.
- Analyze mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering design problems and formulate solutions.
- Where required prepare technical clarifications to the tendered design to suit specific on-site construction.
- Attend project, site progress, and any mechanical services related to technical meetings as directed by the project manager.
- Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations whenever required.
- Well organized and excellent business writing.
- Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
- Sketch and draw up designs using input from engineers and architects on the team
- Calculate factors like tolerance, dimensions, and thermal and structural analysis
- Create designs in line with company procedure, regulations and client standards
- Submit drawings to upper management and construction teams
