Monitoring project’s performance and tracking changes in planned schedules, as well as assessing interdependencies of deployed resources amongst ongoing
projects.
2. Monitoring & controlling project budgets, ensuring spending the budget according to set plans.
3. Developing periodic and non-periodic reports entailing the status and progress of COMPANY’s ongoing projects.
4. Tracking the progress against project management KPIs such as costs, budgets and schedule variances.
5.
Highlighting risks and challenges that could obstruct the achievement of project outcomes, and proposing mitigation activities in collaboration with project
managers to ensure their timely completion.
6. Prioritizing urgent adversities in projects’ workflows and highlighting compromises in planned timeframes and budgets.
7. Monitoring and updating COMPANY’s ’s projects portfolio to ensure its coverage of all projects from conception to delivery.

Providing support to project managers while filling related forms and templates, in order to ensure providing complete, comprehensive, reliable and accurate
data that shall support the integrity of the generated monitoring and performance assessment repor
9. Performing other duties related to the job assigned by the direct supervisor.
