This is a remote position. Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the fastest growing Information Technology Consulting Company. Our client is looking to hire a dynamic Data Analyst who will be responsible for performing research to product insights into social and economic topics.
<br />
<br /> - Organize data and construct analytic datasets from various data sources
<br /> - Analyze quantitative datasets from primary data collection projects using quantitative
<br /> data software such as SPSS (preferred), Stata, or R
<br /> - Perform desk reviews
<br /> - Synthesize results and produce output such as reports, tables, and figures
<br /> - Develop novel approaches to enhance programming efficiency
<br /> - Generate descriptive statistics and cross-tabulations
<br /> - Calculate statistical significance and power, design effects, comparison of means and confidence intervals
<br /> - Produce graphic presentations of the quantitative data
<br /> - Document the methodology used for the quantitative data analysis
<br />
<br />
<br /> Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field
<br /> - Deep understanding of statistical and predictive modeling concepts
<br /> - Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, and one of SPSS, Stata, or R
<br /> - Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to visualize and report insights creatively
<br /> - Willingness to relocate to Jordan and travel within the region (mainly KSA and the UAE) and Africa
