- Support and lead critical elements of investment proposal/ bid preparation process.
- Work closely with the Team to provide all investment related requirements.
- Formulate and maintain each project’s financial modelling.
- Conduct financial, ratio, and sensitivity analysis for all investment opportunities.
- Contribute to the Team’s compilation of investment, debt raising memorandums and investment committee proposals.
- Support and contribute to discussions and negotiations of shareholder/share purchase agreements and negotiations with lenders.
- Take the lead in fulfilling all of lender’s requirements towards financial closing.
- Financial reporting on the Fund level and compliance requirement.
- Implement additional requirements to maximize shareholder return and maintain compliance as per the PE fund documentation (LPA, Information Memorandum).
