We are looking for motivated candidates who are capable handle 4 different tasks:
Inbound Calls
Receives inbound calls, answers customers’ questions and inquiries
in a polite and respectful manner with an effort to
maximize customers’ satisfaction and achieving high FCR (first
contact resolution) rates.
Outbound Calls
Calls customers to validate and properly document contact
information, and to confirm orders to increase the rate of accurate
orders.
Chat
Handles customers’ inquiries and concerns over chat including but
not limited to; order follow-up, order confirmation...etc. and
escalates related issues to concerned departments in an efficient
and effective way.
Receives and replies to customers’ emails, in addition, to escalate
issues including but not limited to, Combining of orders,
Refunds…etc. to ensure that all customers’ inquiries are being
