Oracle Fusion HCM : Focus is on Core HR, Talent Management, Work force management and Help Desk
- Working as Systems Analyst with role of Techno Functional Consultant for Oracle E-Biz HCM Suite ( Core HR , Payroll, SSHR, AOL,AME, IREC, OLM,OPM, Disciplinary and Grievance, Talent intelligence & HRA.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules (Global HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Learning, Goal & Performance Management, HR Helpdesk, Compensation & Benefits)
- Good Experience in Mapping Data E-Biz to Fusion, Mass Data Loading, Page Customizations, Payroll Interfaces, HCM Extracts, BI and OTBI Reports, Role based Access Control setup and BPM Approval Setups.
- Having Experience on Technically Integration from Third Party Systems to Fusion Application by Using Different Loaders (HDL, FBL, PBL, SDL)
- Involved in around 12+ Custom modules implementation from End to End as per Business required Custom process in Oracle E-Biz HCM.
- Implementation of various SSHR Native Mobile APP’s on iOS, Android, Black Berry & KISOK (Windows based) for Blue & white Color employees with high end security futures & extended services.
- Involved with offshore team to develop the complete end to end 4+ custom enterprise mobiles apps using Xamarin, Swift, Objective C, Java, Web services, Maven & Jboss server on iOS & Android.
- Conducted End User Training and SIT, UAT, CRP Testing Sessions.
- Expertise in Oracle Reports, BI Discoverer10g, BI XML, OBIEE Reports, Fusion BI & OTBI Reports
- Development of various HRMS enhancement requests using OAF / Workflow
- Expertise in applying AOL standards and developing RDF Reports, Forms, APIs, Interfaces, Conversions and Loader scripts in Oracle Applications.
- Involved in Project Planning, Effort Estimation, Resource Planning and Quality Assurance Procedures.
- Overall competency lies in precise translation of requirements into deliverables, excellent customer relationship management, in depth knowledge in Oracle HRMS Product, ability to communicate, interact while being excellent team player, providing innovative solutions with quick learning capability, flexibility, patience and persistence.
