WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails,
- Ensure reaching all companies assigned by phone presenting the company's recruitment solutions, identifying leads, and assigning them to the relationship managers,
- Review the CRM database periodically and identify potential companies to create a daily calling list for the sales team,
- Responsible for promoting the company and its value proposition for HR professionals,
- Conduct online research to update CRM database info - companies' contact details, edit inaccurate data and delete duplicates,
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, and constantly be on the lookout for resources of companies, human resources professionals, and C-Suit executives,
- Update CRM for all historical interaction with companies,
- Ensure the growth of a quality company and email lists for high yielding Marcom campaigns,
- Carry out other sales and operational activities as requested by the management.
