Your role: Following a period of unprecedented growth and success and having continually invested heavily in IT and systems this is an exciting time to join this leading and well-known brand business. The position will work as part of the senior management and have full responsibility for everything IT, digital, technology, and systems related. Leadership for a multidisciplinary IT and systems team across multiple locations including support, infrastructure, development, business analysis, project management and security. Recommendations at board level for IT investment and future projects. Management of IT and business systems for a complex and multi-site business. Working with the senior team and business MD’s on IT and technology roadmap. The role holder is also responsible for owning the architectural decisions for the team and working closely with all team members to create a modular and scalable solution that addresses development requirements, IT operations, and future architectural changes and designs. The role holder will drive the team’s engineering practices, test driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
